Two Tone Gen4 Buttons

For Gen 4 LCD Interface, obtain replacement buttons without the need for dual extrusion. Utilize the "Automatic Pause at Z Position" feature in the new firmware to pause printing and change filament colors. Find the firmware here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:15380. To print, select recessed or raised buttons, download the appropriate .stl file, and print using Print-O-Matic settings with 100% fill, 0 shells, and no support. Note the Z Position during printing, add 5.7mm to it, and pause printing. Move the build away from the platform, change filament color, then resume printing. For OpenScad alterations, use 6844Fixed.zip and TTG4Buttons.scad, as backslashes in the original design may cause issues.
