Two Terminal strip
thingiverse
I'm excited to create my own terminal strips and print them at home. I based my design on the thingy - 2230672, which can be found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2230672. To improve it, I made some changes so that the nuts are captive in their nut slots. Simply slide the nuts into place from the side and you'll have threads for the terminal block screws. I also added a plastic cover to the bottom of the 6-32 machine screw hole to prevent short circuits if there's metal underneath. Take a look at my remix, which includes nut slots (you can see it alongside the original design). Print Settings: Printer: Migbot i3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .2 Notes: To print successfully, make sure to stand your terminal strip on its side with the open nut slot facing up. Post-Printing Assembly: 1. After printing, slide two 6-32 nuts into their designated slots in the side. 2. Cut the 6-32 machine screw to the desired length.
