This educational model is a 1-to-1 replica of a single-cylinder engine from an Einhell TC-PG 1000 gas power generator. The section cut through the crankcase and the cylinder makes all functionally crucial parts nicely visible. It shows even the slightest details, such as the use of a hollow piston pin for lowered weight, standardized retaining rings, and even bearing lubing channels and bushings. Additional parts: 2pcs M6x100 flanged hex bolt or Allen bolt - joins the cylinder and cylinder head to the crankcase, can be replaced with an M5 threaded rod cut to the right length and tightened using an M5 nut 4pcs M6x16 flanged hex bolt - is used to attach the intake port to the crankcase 2pcs M4x16 screw; is used to attach the model to the base I compressed the files into a .zip file and divided them into folders according to the colour I used in the photos above. All parts are already in their optimal printing orientations. A PDF assembly guide is part of the .zip file too. Note: You can split some parts into multiple pieces and glue them together afterwards for a nicer surface finish. The parts that I recommend performing this on are here:https://www.instagram.com/p/CZXl9H5rn9T /https://www.instagram.com/p/CZfNYOirwi8/ Happy printing! :D
