A shed kit for one story with a loft was $10k at Home Depot. I said, "I can do that for WAY less and WAY better!" NOTE: I am NOT an architect. I have done construction and I'm conferring with my boy who is an experienced rough carpenter. Use this plan at your own risk. I'm building it and will report any problems we encounter. Right now, it's a WIP but the goal is to build soon. My pilings will be sunk below the frost line with concrete around them. They are uneven as I'm building on a slight incline. This would go very nicely on a slab or bed of limestone.
