This high poly 1960s Soviet building model, featuring a metal roof and wood-decorated balcony, is rendered using V-Ray. It includes textures and has been tested with Checkmate lights. The 3DS, FBX, and OBJ files are exported without the MeshSmooth modifier. No hidden objects are present, all objects are grouped, and materials are applied to each object. Texture paths are clear, scales are set to 1:1, and there are lights and cameras in place for easy rendering. The file features gamma 1.0 and a unit scale of 1:1 cm. Optimized for 3DS Max with V-Ray, some material and lighting adjustments may be necessary when using other programs. A gas tap and tube are also included on the side of the building.
