Two Speed Gearbox
thingiverse
This two-speed gearbox was conceived by a team of first-year mechanical engineering students at Bilkent University, specifically Batuhan Erduncan, Utku Balıkçıoğlu, Batuhan Hançerlioğulları, and Asil Can Yılmaz. The students utilized the capabilities of an ArtıBoyut A0 3D Printer to bring their design into physical form. Note: To successfully assemble this gearbox, four bearings are required. For further information on this project, please visit www.artiboyut.com. Print Settings: * Printer: Artiboyut B1 * Rafts: None were used during the printing process. * Supports: No supports were added to enhance structural integrity. * Resolution: The printer was set at 0.25mm resolution for optimal detail. * Infill: A density of 20% infill was chosen for this particular design. * Notes: It's worth noting that the nozzle diameter used during printing was 0.5mm.
