I created a clamp specifically for mounting a plastic hinge onto a stainless steel pipe that has an outer diameter of one inch. Its primary purpose was to aid in the installation of solar panels on my sailboat, making it easier to generate clean energy at sea. I encourage you to use this design freely and make any necessary modifications. It can be accessed and edited online through Tinkercad: https://www.tinkercad.com/things/auj953IfGF6. Here are the printing settings that worked well for me: I used a Deltaprintr printer, specifically the Kit model, without a raft or support, with a layer resolution of 0.2 millimeters and an infill percentage of 25%.
