Two-piece arms for Mad Cat MKII

To resolve issues with failed prints of the Mad Cat MKII's arms, I revamped the design into two separate parts - a shaft and a shield. The shaft can be printed without support and requires minor shaving for a snug fit. Print the shield with support as it has overhangs; this redesign allows for color-coordinated printing. The original model was printed at 3500%, so part sizes are based on that final print size. Use a brim when printing the shaft to ensure proper adherence and support during the first few layers.
