Two Part Bugatti Veyron Pinewood Derby

This model proved to be a challenging one to print with my current setup. The resolution of my printer and the Cura slicer I used were not cooperating, resulting in poorly printed windows. In addition to the window issues, there were several holes present on the body of the car. I believe it would have fared better as a solid object rather than being sectioned. The sectioned models were causing problems for me, so I decided to take it back to TinkerCAD and cut the car in half. In the process, I encountered an unexpected structure inside the car where the block should be located. This appears to be an error within the file itself. To provide additional support, I added some structure behind the side windows. However, while printing the rear support structure, it failed catastrophically. Fortunately, I was nearby and able to quickly intervene by pausing the print and carefully standing it back up. Although it required some adjustment, it ultimately aligned fairly well, but I did have to use a small amount of JB Weld to fill in a gap after completion. Despite the setbacks, this still turned out to be an impressive print.
