I designed this glass specifically for my father, who has partial disabilities that make it difficult for him to hold a glass while taking medication. To address this challenge, I envisioned a glass with large handles on both sides. This would enable people assisting him to easily support the glass, as they requested. The addition of these handles was a direct response to their needs. The bottom of the glass is higher than standard designs, allowing for easier movement and reducing the angle required when emptying it. Additionally, the handles rest against the table, providing stability to the glass. This innovative design features a 5-layer wall print, but no linkages are present. The handle itself was crafted with adult hands in mind; however, I am open to redesigning it according to your preferences or modifying it for use by children. This glass has been particularly beneficial for my father during his bedtime routine, making it easier for him to take his last dose of medication before sleep in the comfort of his own bed.
