The goal of this challenge is to disassemble the two parts using only two fingers. The 3D model consists of three distinct sections, which will be printed in duplicate. Once printed, these components can be easily assembled together. To produce a successful print, follow these settings: Printer Specifications: We are working with a Wanhao I3 machine. Layer Settings: Rafts: Disabled Supports: Deactivated Resolution: Set to 0.2mm Infill Percentage: Filled in at 20% Special Notes: This part was printed using a layer height of 0.2mm. It is recommended that the pin be able to separate from its block by gently prying it with a small screwdriver.
