Here is a lightweight, concealable and easy to print self defense tool which I created a long time ago. The file is scaled to be 55mm wide x 74mm tall with 21.5mm diameter finger holes. Which I would say fits an average sized hand. You might want to measure the width of your fingers and set up a proportion to scale it correctly if you have very large or small hands.
