After battling ineffective cooling systems, I finally discovered a superior setup created by skriver at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:785131. To fit the design into my printer (Reprifab i175), I had to modify it significantly. The project utilizes SUNON PSD1204PHB1-A(2).Z.F.GN fans, available at http://www.tme.eu/pl/details/psd1204phb1af/wentylatory-dc-12v/sunon/psd1204phb1-a2zfgn. This cooling system is even excessive, but it's extremely effective as demonstrated by the #3DBenchy example.
