A Simple Yet Effective Two-Cylinder Boxer Compressed Air Engine. It Works with Your Lungs Alone, No Pump Required! The Design is Based on My One-Cylinder Compressed Air Engine. Each Component Can Function Independently. I Built This Engine to Develop My Motor Building and 3D Printing Skills, as Well as Improve My Knowledge of Tolerance. Parts Needed: - Eight M3x16mm Screws with Nuts for the Casing - Three M3x12mm Screws with Nuts for the Cylinder and Crankshaft - Two M2.5x14mm Screws (Placed at the Top of the Ventilhebel to Adjust the Valve Opening Time) Cut Away the Head and Make It Smaller at the Top for Better Airflow - Two 6mm BBs from an Airsoft Gun - Two O-Rings with Inner Diameter: Minimum 5mm, Outer Diameter: Maximum 7mm - One Ball Bearing with Inner Diameter of 8mm, Outer Diameter of 22mm - Sealing Paste to Prevent the Casing and Deckel from Leaking - Glue for Assembling the Casing Parts It's Essential to Use Deckel (1) for Gehäuse (1) and Similarly for (2), as These Components Have Slight Variations. Apply a Little Sealing Paste to Secure the O-Ring in Its Position. If You Don't, It May Shift Out of Place. The Valve I Used is a Ball Valve. Install the O-Ring in the Upper Hole of Deckel and the Airsoft BB on Top. Inspect for Leaks. Have Fun Building and Using This Engine! I Built Mine with Spare Parts from Home. Maybe You'll Find Everything You Need at Your Home Too. Feel Free to Ask Questions If You Have Any!
