MAJ 03/25/2018 Upgrades include the addition of motor and built-in centerings in the design. The structure has been thickened and the semi-flex part refined. Compensation for the semi-flex surface increase has also been made. This design is a more accomplished version of low-cost dampers found online. Stiffness adjustments were made to the silent-block, allowing normal tensioning of the Y-axis belt without compromising the motor/return roller assembly's geometry. Visual comparison between designs can be seen in the picture above, highlighting the enforcement of geometry improvements. Dimensions were adapted to prevent damper damage when tightening due to its thin walls. PET EPR is a suitable material for technical parts like this one, as it offers excellent resistance. P.S.
