Two-Color Alphabet Small Letters with embedded Magnets

This is a full set of all small letters of the alphabet. It is a two-colour PLA print with embedded magnets. You need enough 4x5 mm cylindric neodymium magnets to embed into this print. These can be bought cheap in large quantities. The letter distribution of the original files is for the German language. Most used letters are printed in multiples. Use the model files to adjust the quantities for your language. Print instructions Start with Prusament PLA Vanilla White The print will stop at Z5.0 for a filament change. Load the colour filament. The printer will stop to embed the magnets in the print. Insert all magnets and resume the print. Done. About embedding the magnets: Do not use a steel nozzle! Make sure the polarization/orientation of all magnets is the same! Glue a magnet into a piece of wood and use it to check the polarization of all magnets before you insert them into the print. The 4x5mm magnets will snap into the holes and stick to the steel sheet at the bottom. Check if all magnets are inserted flush and are not visible from the side before you continue the print.
