I only have to take pills twice a day, but they are extremely time-sensitive so I always need them readily available. Which leaves two empty compartments at the bottom for me. So I added a slot for a 2018 Tile Mate to ensure I don't misplace it and a spacious compartment for Advil or Tylenol. I was also able to integrate an NFC tag in the Advil compartment for a reminder that syncs with my phone's alarm. This pillbox has simplified my daily routine significantly, and I'm confident it can do the same for you!
