In my recent project, I opted for a 30% infill rate with an additional shell layer to expedite the printing process and test functionality. Notably, this design surpassed other single penny opener alternatives due to its two-point contact feature, reducing stress on pennies and simplifying the opening action. To enhance strength, position pennies at approximately 62% print runtime; I suggest using a minimum of 50% infill for optimal performance.
