A beloved pastime from my childhood includes instructions on how to play; find them here. The board dimensions are 16"x16"x1/2" (40.6cm x 40.6cm x 1.3cm). To assemble, print two of each table piece, 50 playing pieces, and bridges in your preferred colors along with seven clips. Use the clips to secure the board's bottom. Printing at .34mm for table pieces is advised due to visual appeal and time efficiency, but a higher resolution is not crucial. The process took approximately five hours per piece; ensure proper table calibration and practice. For other pieces, print at .2mm with 80mm/s speed. Pawn-like pieces should be printed on a raft to prevent deformation, while bridge pieces without a raft are suitable. Clips don't require a raft either. Testing is advised before full-scale printing; adjust table hole sizes as needed for seamless piece fitting. This project was completed using a Replicator 2, a glass plate, and Aquanet hairspray.
