A favorite game of mine growing up, instructions on how to play can be found online at that link. Assembled board measures 16"x16"x1/2" (40.6cm x 40.6cm x 1.3cm) in size. Instructions Print two each of the table pieces, fifty playing pieces and bridges in each color desired, and seven clips are required. Use the clips in the slots on the bottom to keep the board together securely. Table pieces were printed at .34mm resolution, as only the top is visible and layer resolution isn't crucial for visual appeal; however, it does help prevent warping and prints faster. At 80mm/s speed, each table piece took five hours to print, and a well-calibrated table and some trial-and-error adjustments are necessary. No raft or ear pieces were used. For the rest of the pieces, I printed at .2mm resolution (and 80mm/s speed). Pawn-like pieces were printed on a raft to prevent flaring out and making them fit in the holes more easily. Bridge pieces were not printed on a raft, but I would not recommend printing them unattended; if they warp, they may pop off and cause chaos on your print bed. Clips were also not printed on a raft. Before going full-size, I highly recommend printing out a sample table, a few pieces, and bridges in the color you plan to print them for testing purposes. Adjustments to the table hole size may be needed for the pieces to fit properly. This game was printed on a Replicator 2 using a glass plate and Aquanet hairspray.
