Twitlock with automatic locking/unlocking

This design has been worked on for several weeks, featuring key principles such as the twistlock being locked in normal conditions. The helicoidal shape of locking cones enables easy insertion into container corners, and they are secured by a spring (upper locking cone and lower locking cone). Accidental unlocking is prevented through the lower cone's helicoidal shape and connected base plates via wire rope. The upper cone can be unlocked using a red handle on the twistlock side. An innovative "unlocking system" allows for automatic locking when a container is lowered by a crane onto an unlocking chassis, with just one person responsible for inserting twistlocks into these corners beforehand. Afterward, another person can remove the twistlocks from the chassis and unlock the upper cone by sliding the red handle on the wedge. The "unlocking system" wedge is moved in a specific direction to achieve locking or unlocking positions. The design prioritizes safety by ensuring no accidents occur when twistlocks are locked or unlocked, as there's no need for stevedores or personnel near suspended containers. Each twistlock weighs approximately 9 kg, with maximum vertical load capacity of 500 kN and maximum racking load of 300 kN.
