Ornament project in my engineering class - a challenging yet rewarding endeavor. Designing this intricate shape involved creating an edge that seamlessly transitions into another on a different face, requiring meticulous planning and execution. To achieve this, I meticulously located every point needed for the design and then imported them into Excel for further refinement. Next, I employed a free-form approach to craft each individual face, carefully manipulating them to attain the desired twist. Finally, with all the pieces in place, it was simply a matter of stitching them together to bring my vision to life.
