Twisted polygon Vase mode container
prusaprinters

After someone posted in a Thingiverse forum for my printer asking about the "spiralize outer contour" function I became curious. I made this design and printed it. After a significant amount of figuring I got the dimensions to work so the top and bottom screw together. The top needs to be about 1.5 to 2 mm larger than the bottom. In vase mode a bottom layer is printed and it prints a single wall, no matter the design.

Print Settings

Printer:

Qidi tech X- One 2

Rafts:

No

Supports:

No

Resolution:

Doesn't matter

Infill:

Does not matter- infill won't be printed

Filament:

Hatchbox PLA

Notes:

MUST TURN ON VASE MODE OR SPIRALIZE OUTER CONTOUR

Category: Containers
