Twisted Nespresso Capsule Holder

I needed a design that didn't take up too much space and looked great while printing quickly. My main goal was to create a column that could be easily printed in spiral vase form, with minimal bulk at its base and a print time under one hour. The twist on this column is gentle, but the 15 mm section that splits off from the base remains straight. When you're ready to print, place the flat side facing up and it will stay open, while the other part becomes the closed top. Just make sure to double-check the STL's orientation before sending it to your slicer. Edit: I realized that printing the base with 15% infill (up from my original 5%) helps a lot in supporting those thin top layers.
