<p>Show your loved ones that you are thinking of them. The heart-shaped box magically rotates to reveal what you've hidden inside.</p><p>I have prepared 2 styles of box for you - a taller one with a full 360° rotation of the heart and a smaller one with a 180° rotation. Both always have two pieces - inner and outer, with the inner one being a little smaller and having a tapered top to make it easier to insert.</p><h4>Resizing</h4><p>You can enlarge the models as needed, but you always have to enlarge the inner and outer parts equally so that they fit together, and you have to enlarge the X and Y dimensions by the same percentage at a minimum for the rotation to work. The inner diameter is approximately half the outer diameter. Don't decrease the ratio between width and height, you would probably then have holes in your print in places as the angles would increase.</p><h4>Opening and closing the box</h4><p>The two parts fit together perfectly. If there is something heavy enough in the box, then the box can open itself by just lifting it, or it can be helped by tapping it. At worst, it can be done with your fingernails.&nbsp;</p><h4>How to print</h4><p>The box prints very quickly and easily by using Vase mode. The material doesn't matter, I personally prefer to print from <a href="https://www.prusa3d.com/product/prusament-pla-lipstick-red-1kg/">Prusament PLA Lipstick Red</a>. A very nice effect is printing the outer part from a transparent material, with the red underneath just gently shining through.</p><p>Feel free to print at the maximum layer height that your printer allows and use the default settings for Vase mode. I recommend choosing Octagram Spiral as the bottom fill pattern, it will make a nice pattern on the top and bottom of the box.</p><h4>Make it special</h4><p>If you want to make your box even more special, you can add a 1 or 2 layer engraved symbol or lettering (like a name) on the bottom as a watermark, use the <a href="https://help.prusa3d.com/en/article/negative-volume_238503">negative volume</a> and <a href="https://help.prusa3d.com/en/article/shape-gallery_301453">shape gallery feature</a> in the latest versions of Prusa Slicer. Keep in mind that for the negative volume shape at the bottom, the result will then be mirrored.
