Twist Together Square Airtag "not a tile" Keychain Case

Last year, after searching for a keychain holder for my airtag  for weeks, and only finding cheap silicone ones that the airtag can fall out of, or leather ones where the button could be snagged and open on its own, I decided to make my own. I “didn't” take inspiration from the Tile products for the design :). This is easily printable on a prusa mk3s with simple 45 degree overhangs for the locking interface. A standard keyring helps to lock the top and bottom pieces in place, no adhesive needed. I have used mine for over a year now and have had no issues with standard PLA. PrintingNo supports neededElephant footing may be an issue for the snap fit of the airtag into the top piecePrint these separately to ensure good tolerances and minimize stringing Decent cooling is recommended for printing the small pieces for the locking mechanism PLA or PETG can be used, other filaments may work as long as there is minimal warpingIf you intend to leave this out in the sun or in extreme heat for long periods of time consider printing in PETG 0.2mm layer height or lower, 0.15mm is preferred I used the 0.1mm tolerance version with my prusa mk3s and it has a great fit but I also included other lower tolerance versionsThe pieces should be printed with the flat face down and locking interface pieces facing up for optimal print quality  AssemblyThe only additional hardware is a keyring, no screws, glue or adhesive are neededIf the first layer was too close, take a craft knife and open up the big hole in the top piece to ensure a good fit Press the metal piece of the airtag into the top opening and it should click into place Align the bottom piece (ensuring the keyring hole is aligned) and just twist them together
