Remix: - Smoothened the inner tube's edge. The printer couldn't print it sharply anyway. - Increased the outer tube's wall thickness where the gutter is located. In initial test prints, it turned out very thin - even the holes were too. - The gutter in the outer pipe is made with genuine 6mm material now. Originally, the gutter was less substantial. - Replaced steel balls with temporary "bullets". Bullets are a stopgap solution while searching for 6mm steel balls and suitable springs :). Springs are harder to find than balls. Instead of springs (also tried printing them), you can use a soft eraser. The size of inserts is picked up manually, leaving enough space for rubber expansion under compression. Bullets made in 5.5 mm height should theoretically match a 6mm ball's dimensions when replaced. So the rubber insert's height can be calculated equally using either option - steel balls or their substitutes. Just in case, added bullets model with a 12mm height to experiment with other elastic materials and cut the bullet to desired height. In my printed thing, I also applied grease to the gutter, which works fine.
