Twist module
Twist module which takes 2D shape and creates twisted 3D model. Linear_extrude uses 2D shape in Z plane but this uses Y plane. So it is easy to create simple threads and similar things. Preview is fast but render is very slow.
**twist_convex** can process convex shapes and the result is smooth.
**twist** can handle any 2D shape but needs high $fn to be smooth.
