A brief idea for a DIY T clip alternative is given here without dismantling or buying roll t clips. This quick-mount solution works well for fan installations, but requires fine-tuning. Printed with a .35 nozzle and .25 layers, it doesn't need support but may require cleaning. The main hole can accommodate screws or M3 screws with nuts. To assemble, place the nut under (optional) or directly insert the tab into the extrusion, then turn 90 degrees while pressing in the center to lock it in place.
