This is a showcase of a twist-to-lock design that's intended for diverse implementations. Print two of the base tests with supports (just touching the build plate) and one without supports on top. Feel free to comment if you succeed or have any suggestions! Also, let me know if you're interested in just the base part so you can integrate it into your own designs.
