Twist and lock

I've created a straightforward twist and lock design that's perfect for another project I'm working on right now. Since I couldn't find anything suitable when searching, I thought someone else might appreciate it too. The design prints mainly without supports, except for the crossbar on the male part. I even printed a small one without support and it worked out, but it did require some breaking in to get it just right.
