A bitten zonohedron, altered into an oval shape for headwear, was 3D printed using PLA on a Series One Type A machine with a .5mm nozzle and two loop designs without skin thickness. For added comfort, I sewed a felt brim to the half-inch gap from the bottom and showcased it in action here: http://www.typeamachines.com/news/?p=132. The intricate facets provide interesting reflections.
