I absolutely adore the Multiplex Twinstar2 RC plane! I'm not exactly a fan of the underpowered motors that come out of the box, though. The stock motor mounts are a bit subpar when it comes to upgrading the motors. So, I took matters into my own hands and designed my own custom mount. Check out version 5.2., which has made some significant improvements over last year's v4 posts. For starters, the front plane and side walls have been dramatically reinforced. To install, just follow a 10mm bolt hole pattern. I've successfully tested it with hobbypartz's Exceed RC Rocket 2220-1500KV Brushless Motor. If you opt for any of the Exceed RC Rocket 2200 motors, you'll find that they fit right into this mount.
