A simple white overlay for Twingo speedometers. This overlay adds a more subdued tone to the speedometer display. If desired, users can also swap out the backlight bulbs with LEDs. I opted for white ones, but any color is an option. The overlay measures 0.8 mm in thickness and was printed using two layers with a 0.8 mm nozzle (0.4 mm layer thickness). White PETG was utilized as the material of choice to prevent excessive transparency and promote even light diffusion. Update: A dual extruder version featuring two colors has been added, enabling users to print the overlay with a red marker indicating when the tank is empty. For this project, I selected the AMPOULE T5 A 5 LED SMD BLANC XENON (available on eBay). Assembly involves: - Remove three bolts securing the ventilation grille - Pull the grille away from you - Remove three bolts surrounding the speedometer - Unscrew four bolts holding the plastic speedometer cage in place - Disconnect the logic board/screen - Replace the light bulb if necessary - Remove the green filter - Install your overlay - Reverse the assembly process - Complete
