This architecturally designed model represents four high-rise residential buildings in centimeters. It was created using 3ds Max 2011 and is available in MAX, FBX, and OBJ formats. Suitable for real-time use, game purposes, Unity, UE4, CGI visualization, and architecture, the model has a high-quality mesh with clean edge flow. It is low poly and allows easy editing of geometry. Instances make it simple to change or replace similar objects. Scene objects are organized by layers, and presentation images are rendered using V-Ray. The model includes both V-Ray and Standard materials, along with JPG and PNG textures in a separate archive. No third-party plug-ins are required. It has been thoroughly tested for holes, flipped normals, and overlapping polygons. All materials are named correctly and UV mapped. A VRayHDRI map and VRayCamera are provided to render the product out-of-the-box.
