Twin towers

26-04-2018 New photos added (3 more) - now up to 160 hours of non-stop 3D printing to complete the first tall part. Once this part is finished, I'll attempt to 3D print with a 1mm nozzle, hoping to speed up the process. Theoretically, this should save time since instead of taking over 200 hours with a 0.3mm nozzle, it will take under 24 hours. If that doesn't work, I'll try a 0.6mm nozzle. Keep checking my Instagram as I update the project almost daily; look for hugo archicad. 23-04-2018 I'm currently 3D printing one of the tallest parts on a CR-10, and it's taking a while due to its size. Cura estimates it will take five days, so after this segment, I'll attempt to print with a 1mm nozzle to speed things up. Photos are attached, showing the first 60 hours of printing. I've had a soft spot for this beautiful building design for some time now, and I've been wanting to model it for years. That dream has finally come true. The design is broken down into six parts to fit on a CR-10 at a scale of 1:100. Printing will begin soon once the filament arrives. Once finished, I'll place perspex at the glass line on the podium level (base).
