Twin Servo Plug for RC receiver

Twin Servo Plug for RC receiver

The receiver on my RC car has 4 connector slots but only two of them are used. I wanted to plug in the outer ones to avoid getting dirty. Additionally, one of the connectors came loose due to how I zip tied the cables and sometimes it falls out by itself. With this twin connector design based on Motorpixiegimbals' model, modified for increased rigidity and printability (my slicer only prints objects with a minimum thickness of 0.4mm), I can plug in the empty slots and thanks to its tight fit and horizontal connection, all plugs stay securely in place. This design includes the necessary supports shown in blue because my slicer added unnecessary ones during printing. Remove the two thin sections (which resemble an H-section) by cutting them away. The No-Supports file is included only to show what needs to be removed. Due to its small surface area, a raft will be required for this print. Print Settings Printer Brand: Wanhao Printer: Wanhao Duplicator i3 V2 Rafts: Yes Supports: No Resolution: 0.1 Infill: 100% Notes: The connectors don't have enough surface area to stick to the plate, so a raft is necessary. Also, this design is created to be printed without additional supports - only those shown in blue and included in the drawing need to be removed after printing.
