Twin fan duct 40mm for E3D v6

This is the revised remix for Prusa i3 Steel, where the radiator of the hotend is too close to the X carriage. The original down draught hose doesn't fit properly. Two 40mm fans are used for the duct and one 30mm fan for the hotend. Testing has been done on a Chinese E3D V6 model.
