The five storey block (minus bottom plane) is tileable height-wise and mirrored symmetrically towards the backside. Model is adapted for realtime with power of two texures, bump, specular, AO and alpha map. Backdrop provided. Materials set up for Arch & Design, rendered in Mental Ray. A reduced legacy Scanline version provided, with ambient light is baked into UV channel two and standard Blinn materials. Layered PSDs included for customisation of rust, colors, patterns.
