I swiped the concept from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:135286. I 3D-printed it out, and fortunately for me, it fit snugly in my Replicator 2 with just a tiny tweak - adjusting the box width didn't require extensive modification. The redesign focused on streamlining this player tray's design, adding a lid to corral stray game pieces. The entire thing sits flush with its card companion or just barely above.
