I was in dire need of some inspiration for my next 3D model and stumbled upon this quirky rendition of Twilight Sparkle from My Little Pony transformed into a kangaroo by mailNer https://www.deviantart.com/mailner/art/Semi-kangaroo-semi-pony-720570336 And I thought, "Yeah, that's exactly what I needed." I actually experimented with the hair particles to give her a more realistic fluff effect. However, Sketchfab doesn't support particles, so I had to model in the fluff instead. It was a bit of a bummer, but it turned out pretty good in the end. Boredom can be a powerful motivator.
