I revised these to get a snugger fit between the segments, so I reworked them. They're designed for a 58.75mm hex, leaving about 2mm of total play in any direction. This allows the tiles to move slightly but prevents them from getting stuck. The connector tab is only 0.1mm smaller than the hole. I had some that needed minor scraping to fit properly. The inside corner seems to be where issues arise if you encounter a similar problem. I added a relief to the inside corners to compensate for poor punching of the cardboard. I also included a box for storage.
