A lampshade was my first foray into 3D printing; it was modeled using Blender 2.6. The test print featured a 0.5mm layer thickness and required 13 hours on a BFB 3D Touch, with 10% infill. However, I needed to include vertical supporting walls in the lower part of the sphere to prevent issues during printing. These supports were not too close together, resulting in some areas being printed mid-air.
