32 Newtons of force at 9644 RPM, Four Blades Propeller. 27 Newtons of force at 9644 RPM, Three Blades Propeller. +++++++++++++++V-3+++++++++++++++ I dragged the extrusion pattern along the entire blade. The air moves over the top surface faster now, creating much lower pressure. This propeller generates 400% more lift than the best design with the same size. According to the simulation, the conventional propeller generates around 7 Newtons of lift while this one generates 22 Newtons. I don't trust the simulation entirely, so until someone makes a real prototype and tests it, nothing can be promised. Hopefully, this helps someone. ------------------------V-2------------------------ I modified the model further, and the simulation shows that force has increased and average turbulence decreased. If anyone has ideas to improve it, suggestions are welcome :D ~~~~~~~V-1~~~~~~~ I designed this propeller 3D model in my own way, adding features that improve thrust and reduce weight. I ran several flow simulations to determine efficiency, but the results surprised me - I expected much lower thrust. Unfortunately, I don't own a 3D printer, so real tests can't be done; if anyone prints it and shares results, I'll be grateful.
