Found Star Wars Black Series Dryden Vos on sale.. removed head with hot water. Modified and scaled the bust in Fusion 360. The material is flexible and allows the head to "pop" onto the neck ball. To increase range of head motion, removed material of fixed neck to decrease neck diameter of action figure and shorten collar slightly.
