Twelve South HiRise Deluxe Insert - Apple Lightning Cable

I'm thoroughly enamored with the Twelve South HiRise Deluxe for my iPhone 6s Plus, but unfortunately, the included third-party cable has broken twice on me. Instead of relying on Twelve South's excellent customer service to warranty it, I opted to switch to an Apple Lightning cable. This insert is a near-perfect replica of the original, which appears to have been streamlined in production to minimize costs. When laid flat, it prints within 30 minutes. Printing it upright took approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes, which allowed for a more precise printing of the circular portion of the connector body. This method reduces worries about overhang issues. Additionally, this version features a small clearance beneath the lip where the iPhone rests, making lying it down potentially problematic. I grew impatient with printing the full length (this was my fifth attempt), so I terminated the print once it surpassed the section that secures the connector body. The remaining length is unnecessary for guiding the cable, as it's entirely redundant according to me. The original insert doesn't extend to the bottom, rendering the full length ineffective in providing structural support. Printer Settings: * Printer: MonoPrice Maker Select (Wanhao Duplicator i3) * Rafts: Yes * Supports: Doesn't Matter * Resolution: 0.1 mm layer height * Infill: 30%, but you could use a lower percentage since there's no load-bearing portion Notes: By being agile and lean, I aborted the print once it reached a few layers beyond the seat for the connector body. The full length isn't necessary because nothing is bearing any significant weight, but you won't be saving much time or filament either. Designing This Thing I created this item using Tinkercad.
