Tweezers

Simple tweezers for PLA are a must-have, especially when other models are flimsy and prone to bending uncontrollably in the middle, warping out of shape. This leads to uneven or weak grips that are not ideal for precision work. To solve this problem, I designed my own set of 3D-printed tweezers using Blender's powerful design tools. The result is a sturdy pair with reinforced handle parts that provide a firm grip. You can share pictures of your own creations made with these tweezers, and it will give me a thrill to see how they are being used and inspire new designs! Here are the print settings I used for this project: * Printer: ALDI Cocoon * Rafts: No * Supports: No * Resolution: 0.2mm * Infill: 28% Note: Feel free to adjust the wall thickness and infill percentage if you want to change the rigidity of your prints. After printing, I used Black PLA with a layer height of 0.2mm on my ALDI Cocoon / Wanhao printer. The result is a smooth and precise finish that is perfect for delicate work.
