Tweezer Tray
thingiverse
A customized tray collects scrap filament fragments taken from the extruder before commencing an object's printing. A 4mm-thick, green cloth-covered mouse pad is cut to fit on the raised front shelf. Subsequently, tweezers are wiped against the pad's interior edge, depositing the filament bits into the tray, thus maintaining a clutter-free workspace. (Note: MakerGear tweezer featured in the photo.)
