Tweezer cap

Tweezer cap

I employ multiple types of tweezers for my electronics work, and the provided caps inevitably deteriorate due to how razor-sharp the tweezers are. In the photographs, the caps are shown in place on size 3C and 2A tweezers, which are my go-to tools - I've actually utilized the same caps now on all of my tweezers and they all fit perfectly. I fabricated them using Taulman 645 industrial nylon at a 0.2mm layer height, which is incredibly robust and tear-resistant, so I'm counting on not needing to replace them again anytime soon. I acquired a pair of bent nose tweezers where the original caps don't sit well, so I've added a new cap specifically for those.
