Tweeter adapters for 2002 GMC Sierra 2500 HD SLE and similar trucks. This is for trucks that already have a tweeter and woofer, and the tweeter is being replaced. The tweeter hole is sized for the tweeter from an MTX Terminator 6S component speaker set. The tweeter has a snug fit, but you may choose to use glue on the backside to keep it in permanently. Two screws for installation. This design is not specific to only GM trucks or to MTX tweeters; if you need to adapt a 52.5-60mm hole to fit a ~36.5mm tweeter, this will do it. This adapter is designed to fit factory tweeter holes if they are 52.5mm-60mm in diameter. Screw holes (4mm diameter) are spaced 70mm apart. The distance is 90mm from top to bottom (edge-to-edge for a line which goes through the center of each screw and the tweeter hole). The new hole for the new tweeter is 36.5mm diameter (this snugly fits the flush mounts provided with my MTX component kit).
